  8. Thanks for trying Bat Filer!  This program is SHAREWARE; select "Shareware Info" from the Bat Filer "Specials" menu for complete information and registration form.

  10. TO RUN BAT FILER:

  12. Bat Filer is a standard Macintosh application.  Its requirements are:
  13.  
  14.     * You must be running HFS
  15.     * The file "Shareware Info" must be in the same folder as the Bat Filer application.

  17. The files in the Bat Filer package are:

  19.     Bat Filer:            Macintosh application
  20.     BatFiler.help:        Help file; keep in same folder as Bat Filer
  21.     Standard Filter:    Filter file for control character stripping
  22.  
  23. The following are "specials" files. Keep them in same folder as Bat Filer.

  25.     About Specials…:    Info on specials
  26.     Invert Selection
  27.     Load File Set
  28.     Save File Set
  29.     Select/Creator
  30.     Select/Type

  32.     Shareware Info:    MUST be in same folder as Bat Filer for Bat Filer to run!

  34. When you run Bat Filer, the names of available specials appear on the "Specials" menu.

  37. NEW COMMAND

  39. The present release includes a new command:  After selecting files from the list, Command-Option-Double CLick will launch the application that is the owner of the first selected file, passing all the files to that application to be opened.
